After all these years, Phil continues to put together great teams that work together and are very clear on the mission at hand. The tech team is there to help with any problem that may arise. And sales and service consistently do a terrific job.
We’ve been around since 1982, and there’s a good reason we’re still here: We believe that both products and relationships should last. While many of today’s companies build their businesses on replacing inferior products with more inferior products, and watching employees – and customers – come and go, we take a different approach. Some of our employees have been with us since the beginning, and many have a decade or more under their tool belts. (That adds up to over 300 years of experience!) We think of ourselves as a family. And we think of our customers that way, too. That’s why we only sell products that reflect our philosophy: Do it right, and do it once. On the rare occasion that there is a problem, we fix it first, immediately, and then figure out what happened later. We stick by our customers, and they stick with us.
