Wyatt Irrigation Supply, Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Wyatt Irrigation Supply, Inc. shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Return Policy

Every item that you purchase at Wyatt Irrigaiton Supply, Inc.  is 100% satisfaction guaranteed.

You may return new, unopened or unused items sold by Wyatt Irrigation Supply, Inc. within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, otherwise it is up to you to ship it to us. Just email returns [at] wyattsupply [dot] com (Product Returns) to get an Return Goods Authorization number (RGA number), please make sure and reference your order number and a detailed list of what you are returning and why.

You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Regarding Shipping Expenses: If you make an ordering error or change your mind and wish to return items, you will be required to pay the shipping expense. Also if you return a large portion or an entire order, and we paid the shipping, we may deduct the shipping charges from your refund.

Products NOT acceptable for return:

A. Goods that have been invoiced from more than 60 days.
B. Goods that are dirty or damaged which are unsuitable for resale.
C. Products that are in or from broken bags.

Manufacturer’s Warranty Returns

Call us at 707-578-3747 and we will ship a replacement immediately.  You will be responsible for return freight if the invoice date is more then 90 days old.  There is a 45 day grace period for returning a defective product.  If the product is not returned within the 45 days, we will charge your credit card for the replacement item.

How to Return an Item

Please email returns [at] wyattsupply [dot] com (Product Returns) to obtain an RGA number. If we are replacing or exchanging an item, we may send you a UPS shipping tag for your return, so it is important that you contact us first.

  • Please include the following information in your email:
    • Order/Invoice Number
    • or
    • Name
    • Address
    • Phone number
    • E-mail address
    • When and by whom the purchase was made
    • Reason for the return
  • Please specify whether you would like an exchange or a refund. You can expedite an exchange by placing a new order with your bankcard and returning the unwanted merchandise for a refund.
  • Upon receipt of your email, an RGA number will be created and emailed to you. Please include a copy of the RGA form with your return and make sure the RGA number is clearly marked on the packing list and on all boxes.

Product(s) received that do not conform to the above guidelines may result in the shipment being returned at the customer's expense.
 

Shipping Policy

All orders received before 1:00 p.m. Monday – Friday, Pacific Standard Time, will be shipped on the same day. (holidays excluded) Pallet orders may ship next day.

Where we ship

We ship within the 48 contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands. We are happy to work with freight forwarders for our international customers.

Shipping Options

  • Priority Mail is generally the most economical way to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands.
  • Availability: Certain shipping options may not be available to you at all times. Once you have entered your zip code, you will be presented with the shipping options available to you from the list below.
    • UPS Ground: 1-5 Business Days - Based on distance to destination
    • UPS 3 day select: 3 Business Days - By end of day
    • UPS 2nd Day Air A.M.: 2 Business Days - Typically by 10:30 a.m.
    • UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 Business Days - Typically by end of day
    • UPS Next Day Air Saver: Next Business Day - Typically by 3:00 p.m.
    • UPS Next Day Air Early A.M.: Next Business Day - As early as 8:00 a.m.
    • UPS Next Day Air: Next Business Day - Typically by 10:30 a.m.
    • On orders under 1 pound (and AK, HI, Puerto Rico, & US Virgin Islands):
    • USPS First Class Mail: Three days (including Saturday)
    • USPS Priority Mail: Two days (including Saturday)
    • USPS Express Mail: Next day (including Saturday, Sunday and Holidays)

How is shipping calculated?

Once you have entered your shipping information, our shopping cart accesses USPS & UPS Real Time Rates to give you the shipping rates based on the estimated weight of your order, and your zip code.  The rate quoted on the site is the rate you will be charged after your order is processed.

When will my order be shipped?

All orders received before 1:00 p.m. Monday – Friday, Pacific Standard Time, will be shipped on the same day, pallet orders may ship next day. UPS shipments are only delivered on business days. USPS shipments will be delivered Monday - Saturday.
Packages do not ship from our warehouse on the following holidays:

  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day
  • President's Day
  • Memorial Day
  • 4th of July
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Christmas

Tracking Number:

  • UPS: Once your order has been processed by UPS.  You will be sent an email containing your shipping information and a tracking number.  Click on the Tracking Number link to view your tracking information.
  • USPS Priority Mail: Tracking Number is not provided
  • USPS Express Mail: You will be sent an email containing your shipping information and a tracking number.  Click on the Tracking Number link to view your tracking information.
